Both of you identify as people who don't like to do that and are drained by that. If there's something that needs to be done and the person next to me isn't doing it, I just kind of jump in and I start working whatever it is. You guys both share the in a frustration, the genius of galvanizing. And that's really it's this is such a light bulb moment because I'm thinking about it in terms of our sons too.
