How to Recover From Stress

Stress from your life and how you interpret events around you is going to have a huge impact on your adaptations or missed adaptations. In fact, with a lot of the professional basketball players, development basketball players, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial artists that I work with, this is a large part of their training. The music we listened to was not her favorite, nor was it mine. Why? Because you're going to have lots of different things. If a song you actually really don't like comes on, it can distract you from your work out and performing. Some of us rely on that ambient noise to help us be able to focus.
