We're not wired to do that. So I think the hack around that is getting really excited about those goals, being able to picture them and leave pictures around your house. And then the other key is to harness our, it's called a status quo bias, where basically we're all a bit lazy. But if you're not paying yourself first in those ways, you're really never going to get ahead.
