Baderos: Discipline is a discipline that only a few are disciplined enough to have. For me, it's literally been something that separated me and my companies from competition. It has at 47 in the best shape of my life. As a father, I'm consistently there for my kids. All these things are a byproduct of discipline. When I think about all the areas of my life when I was younger, I was like, oh man,. I wasn't good at that thing. Baderos: If I wasn't a disciplined father with him, meaning consistent with him and not only punishing him when he did wrong, but also rewarding him and showing him the rights and wrongs
