How to Be a Good Coach
I don't think what makes a good coach is a coach that gives you a six week training plan with all these remarkably complex exercise prescriptions I do think there are some coaches out there that think that's what they're being paid for. A good coach is actually getting give you something very simple and then what they are going to work on with you is the execution. Try different types of intervals and build for yourself a repertoire of I'd say seven eight different types of interval workouts that you really like and learn how to execute them.
