The Importance of Securator Secretory IGA in the Stool

I didn't realize it was used for diagnosing gluten intolerance until you talk about that. IGA antibodies are not inflammatory, they can bind and mop up things without initiating an inflammatory response to those things but also the IGA in the gut is particularly poly reactive. If you find an anti egg antibody it's probably an anti wheat antibody as well because they're so lacking in specificity in the gut. That's that's my problem with those but I'm not against school stool tests in general.
