The Importance of Prioritizing Enough
Self-employment is such an interesting thing. The longer you're on a path like this, the more opportunities emerge. You quickly have to determine why are you doing these things and what are the games you actually want to play. I'm okay with not earning more if it means I don't have to do XYZ. And so I still think it's important to make enough money. But man, like every month in New York when my bank account was going down 5k or whatever it is every single month, it still gets to your head.
