The Importance of Being a Manager of the Professionals
I consider contractors a creative party as well as the architect, especially these high end contractors. As a matter of fact, they're very responsible for the end result. And we look for areas where they could use our help to allow them to be able to concentrate more on their work. We have like a cheat sheet list of things that have gone wrong after every project and we bring it up right from the first meeting.
