Shelen bream says a survey shows 90% of energy investors say it's not the government that is stopping them investing. But i have a feeling that that data probably is not on point, and there's little difference of agreement. I'm unclear because the propaganda is so thick from left and right, so i can't tell how much is a right. What do you think?
