Athenia had a system that requires your constant imput. No wonder women and slaves whent allowed to participate. There's even a comedy play by an ancient comic where he writes about people who are addicted to serving on juries. This idea is like that of he democracy in like one like this is actually the name of kids. It's like naming your kid clegmania. Athens is incredibly proud of its new system, but they are also realizing there is a reality here.
