The most difficult habit to break is breaking the habits of others. When we tell others what they should be doing, we are not self-differentiating,. We're focusing on the other person. This is one of my favorite from Friedman's Fables and I want to focus on three takeaways today.
"'Round in Circles" from Friedman's Fables illustrates the problems with focusing on what other people should do.
