The Intangibles of Mass Casualty Search and Rescue

There are intangibles that are hard to describe when you're both looking at teams and when you're looking at victims. And it's hard to teach those intangibles to folks necessarily, but if you've been in the dirt enough, you understand all that guy's real sick. This one, they can probably wait a little bit. Totally fair. Very different environments, but very parallel processing in terms of what we're doing and how we're operationalizing that.
