The Chinese promised green lanes for African exports. And this year, after a lot of back and forth, we saw a Kenyan avocado get access to the Chinese market. China signed an agreement with Ethiopia allowing more than 1,500 products tariff-free into the Chinese market; I think that's the beginning of a trend. There is no question now that when African governments think of their partners, that the relationship has withstood the critique of debt trap diplomacy.
