Are There Any Lessons Out There for Crypto Companies and Firms?

When i was a the commission, i completely rejected an approach to achieve regulation through enforcement. And it looked to provide yono guidance, or interpretations, through a public comment process where different views could be aired and in some level of dialogue. I think that if there is a stronger feeback, of pushback that its going on,. i think it's in response to, you know, entities feeling like they've been asking for clarity for a long time and haven't gotten it.
