Are We Going to Make the Millionaires Pay?
There is such a incorrect perception of how many rich people there are and how much they make. I mean, if you take just income, if you seized every dollar earned every year over the half 500 thousand dollars, we're just going to seize it. You wouldn't even balance the budget, much less pay for a penny of new spending. There is a reason eur funds its welfare states on broad based pay roll taxes and value added taxes, because there aren't enough millionaires in europe or here to do it.
