The World Can't Afford a Second American Civil War

The United States of America cannot be allowed to die in violence, but it's just as clear that it can't live on either. The solution to stopping the second American Civil War starts with everyone who prefers decency to bloodshed and murder. If you volunteer every four years or spend a few hours registering new voters, you qualify as among the most politically engaged of your countrymen. Killing ourselves is the only way we can save ourselves from this civil war which has already claimed more lives than any other single act of terrorism since 9/11.
