We need more neural exercises to have a greater understanding of ruptures and repairs. There's nothing wrong with having a rupture here and there, but there's a lot wrong with not being able to repair it. So what happens when there's a rupture, we want to be very careful not to make it a moral mandate,. If someone was bad, they need to be punished. It doesn't work that way. Our bodies didn't evolve. Do you think the child can regulate if you threaten the child some more? I mean, just think about what we do in our culture. The tantrum is the expression that the child can't regulate their physiological state. We're dealing with a metaphor
