At least 80 % of the people i've interviewed across all domains, have a daily meditation practice sometime. If you won't cut down a monkey mind, the first step is to become aware of it and kind of observe it like a really shiddy comedy in your head. 20 minutes in the morning is a great way to do that. I found t m, transmital meditation, to be very helpful because it's presented in a very secular way. And i find the white noise of mantre, the word mantre, bugs me so much.
