In the beginning ops career should never have existed right. It has taken us decades like the DevOps women, you know, started to repair it started to bring the world back together. But we're going to people are shutting down ops teams like left it right and they're replacing them with platform teams. This is a good thing. It's going to be painful in the short term. And so what I want to remember is not to like, not to disrespect operational excellence in the meantime but instead of hiring for their weaknesses look at your team as a whole rather than just one or two weak spots.
