The Cut Flower Podcast

CHAPTER

The Importance of Being Out in the Sun

I grew up with grandfathers who were gardeners vegetable gardeners which was lovely actually you know. I fancy being a vet but I couldn't do it because Latin got in the way or not it's not a case anymore so yes I would have loved to have done that. Back at uni I think one of the most inspiring guys I ever met there was Oliver Rackham who was an ecologist historian and countryside historian. More recently I've been totally inspired by an American soil scientist called Elaine Ingham soil life and food webs and things who's totally inspirational. If anybody's listening listen to some of her webinars on soil and life and how to work it's absolutely phenomenal
