If you say to your boss, I think what you're listening for is for me to bring up something that is relevant, relevant to something we're working on. You're looking for me to be clear because if I go on and on and I'm confusing, it'll frustrate you. And the final thing is you're looking forme to be gone, relevant, clear, concise and gone. If you do this with a boss, they're going to smile and laugh because they didn't know that's what they were listening for but that's exactly what they're listening for.
