Is the Market a Great Place to Sell?

I think the past year has made people really readjust their finances as well. More houses are going, I've been in some recently, which have been quite traumatic. We see an awful lot of people already hit with financial crisis and divorce. They're sitting in lovely houses with a 3.25 million pound but they can't afford the basics. So, sort of asset-rich cash poor. And so they need to get rid of those assets. That's more common than not at the moment. The market is not a great place to sell into right now. It's really not. Me personally, no, I'm quite a safe person. There's a bit of safeguarding.
