Vitalik Buterin wrote a blog post called What Do I Think About Biometric Proof of Personhood. He says there are four major issues with world coins construction. The registry of IRIS scans may reveal information, and users could be coerced into scanning their IRISs while showing a public key that belongs to someone else. There is the possibility of 3D printing fake people that can pass the IRIS scan and get world IDs.
