The Five Peas - What's the Difference?
So, so we have what's called the five peas. D this is how we do our work t our sessions. O k, we start off with the prep. The prep is the warm up. We then reverse engineeri and say, ok, these are the joint mobility movements that we need in order to make sure that we're good and ready for practising. During practice, you always want to focus on performing your skills at the highest level possible. This is where a lot of people miss out because we need more exploration in our life. It could be going to the wall and going up against the wall and then doing different shapes. After that, we might have play in that
