How Do You Prepare Your Kids for Decision Making?

i think it's actually quite use just telling a kid off. When a kid makes a mistake or does does something wrong, i think you should just talk to them about it so they understand why that's a rule. It also means that they will start to build an understanding of how to rationalize reasons for certain behaviour and reasons for not doing certain things. Am, and every everything i've seen reinforces that kids are heaps smarter than we think they are. And so you can trust them with some bigger ideas and thinking them through. They will get there, you know?
