The Importance of Diversity in California
California has less of a ceiling, there's more opportunity where you can sort of like figure it out. My kids are a mixed race and the amount of friends that are mixed race here in California is like night and day compared to Florida. I just feel like the opportunity is so much more greater because there's no ceiling installed. Like there's the ceiling in everybody, but like there's opportunity to get around it.
