Is There a Recipe for This?

I think it comes down to best understanding what the barriers are. And if it's truly not believing that this type of data that doing this kind of work is important, then I think that goes a huge long way. If there's other organization or structural constraints, I don't think that's necessarily enough to push it over the hurdle. As researchers, we, especially when you mentioned the team of one, as researchers, we try to do everything. We want to help as many people as possible within our nature. But oftentimes though, that doesn't set us up to do our best work,. To do our deepest work, to do our most impactful work.
