i think that people confuse the two a lot, and it causes them to just not want im prove not to be static. I got into this very toxic relationship with one of my executives because wasn't approaching it with this he i need to learn you can teach me, please teach me. That sounds fun. So let me find someone that can help me cam teach me and learn. But could see how a self deprecating version of that, which i fell into before, had more of the flavour of, well, we're in a fight. Why you are taken on too much? I'm taken on too much. You're not doing a good job....
