I think the generation gaps now are arguably just as pronounced as they were, say, in the 1960s between boomers and their parents' generation. And I think this will play out, continue to play out, with more and more of Gen Z entering the workplace. So even at places like law firms or in medicine, that's going to be all of your entry-level employees pretty much from now for a while for the next decade or so.
