Teaching Is a Mission Driven Profession

Teaching is such a huge identity piece for people you know. It overflows into everything that you do and i can only imagine during the season that we were just in as a country and how that impacted our teachers. I think it's hard for a lot of teachers sometimes to be given feedback on their teaching because it's kind of like you're giving feedback on who they are. You know because who they are and teaching are intertwined just so so deeply. So that's something that we've really gotten to work with and solve is how do we fundamentally change teaching and teachers through their identity.
