Hotjar launched a beta program that allowed users to get access to the product but not actually use it. This saved them time and they were able to start getting feedback from people within one month. Hotjar has had customers who have chosen us just because of the way we've treated them, he says. He also talks about how customer service is often ignored when you're focused on other things in your life like sales or features.
