The Task Force's Report on Office to Residential Conversion in the City

There are a lot of regulations that inhibit residential conversion in parts of the city based on the age and the location. Right now you can only turn an office building into dwelling units but one of the task force says you could actually turn them into supportive housing instead. The report suggests changing the rules to allow residential development in places that right now don't allow it at all like Midtown Manhattan.
