Is There a Noise in the Gravity of the Universe?

i think the idea is that this noise in the gravity of the universe and the gravitational spectrum of the universe, again, it's not coming from anywhere in particular. And it may be made up of, you know, what would it be made out of? Is it made f like, big explosions somewhere else, thad have sort of propagated and diffused throughout the universe?
