The jocko razor is that if you feel pain, then it's your fault. It's easy to blame others when you feel pain because your brain doesn't want you to think you're at fault ever. And so i think this is really useful only if you also naturally know that if you're feeling pain or discomfort, then it’s your fault, and it's worthy of analysis.
