A, ye, i try to do some form of exercise every day. We live on a farm, so farm work occupies probably about ten to 20 hours a week doing and that's good outdoor activity with the cows. And then i do resistance training, no less than twice a week, but sometimes i try to get four times a week if i can. I like to do a lot of body way exercises, when you're travelling and you're pretty busy,.
