Are You Focusing on Self Improvement or Not?
i think it depends exactly, or entirely, i should say, on what you're focusing on. Your focus determines how selfish, self interested or otherwise you are. And i don't think improving oneself and improving either or both your interactions with other people or the world at large, are mutually exclusive. Soi i think t it can cut both ways, and it just depends a lot on what targets you choose.
