Are You a Real Estate Investor?

I like stocks. You can just be sitting in your bedroom on your laptop, buy a stock, sell a stock, researchos stock. I've been involved with real estate a few times where i've had to sell real estate,. And like i told you earlier, i'm just bad at it. Because i don't have that patience sometimes. The more i think about it, there's kind of two two types of market markets. There'sa investor landlord friendly markets, and then not so much. Within those or sub sets, ones that are growing, ones that're shrinking and all that stuff. Ye, i'm not particularly bullish on chicago for the long term Though.
