Self Improvement - Acceptance

Fitness is a powerful form of self improvement. It teaches you how to change your relationship with physical pain and discomfort. When i was 14, my idols were arnold swarcenager and franco columbo. I accepted my body as it was and what i can do with it. And so i fell in love with the fact that i could help people through it. The look on their faces when they would feel their muscles burn and they drop the weight. Why is this so hard to be consistent? Am i communicating this the wrong way? Or meal plans not a successful, long term? O approach? Maybe the people i'm talking to are never going to be fittness
