The Problems With Climbing Training
There's not a particular really highly problematic area within our 50s and 60s and 70s in climbing or at least what we see in that training front. It's just trying to understand that maybe to stay in that state and not cause yourself excessive problems in one area is make sure that recovery is really high. And like Tom said if you are post retirement and you have a lot of time available to put towards this that is just the same sort of cautions that you need If you are a student who's just finished a study and then they're having a year after trying to improve at climbing it's the absolute same parameters that you need to build into it.
