The Master of Relational Intelligence

The greatest teacher of the human condition to ever live. His depth of insight is just without parallel. But more than that, his emotional intelligence was off the charts. He knew what each person could receive or could not receive. Knew when to rebuke, when to comfort, when to go easy,. When to lay in to somebody, when to teach, when to ignore and walk away. The highest level of relational dexterity in a leader are people who can meet different personality types at their level of maturity. It is far beyond me to take somebody who is very different from you and to meet them where they are at. That is ninja loveless emotional intelligence.
