How Do I Defend Myself Against an Anonymous Complaint?
The law typically deals with these kinds of issues is by establishing very strong protections for whistleblowers. When you have an anonymous complaint, it becomes very difficult to defend yourself against an anonymous complaint. And so I'm much more in favor of filing in your name unless again, the factors that exist traditionally under law that allow you to be a Jane Doe or a John Doe exist and then have strong whistleblower protections.
