Contrarianism is your flexor reflecively reject it. Critical thinking as you think hard about it, right? The other thing that haunts me, and i've written about this, is the confederacy in this way. So my family is from the south. If you go and at my family history, my family history is confederate. And on both sides, my mam' side and my dad's side. They chose to conform. That's the root of something good and something bad, if that makes sense.

This week David and Curtis start with confession time, each looking closely at the challenges of contrarianism and pride that impact all of us in our modern discourse. They unpack the tricky balance between knowing, certainty, and humility, including the possibility that we might be wrong.
