Keeping the Lads Engaged in the Game
I'm not quite sure of the club's policy on the lads kind of been allowed to play other sports. I'd be very surprised if the under 12th, 14th were playing basketball as well or rugby as well because in all of us it often isn't enough time for them to play anything else. We get persuaded by just trying to really create the utmost professional as quickly as possible but you tend to lose sight that they're still kids and they want to have fun.
