How Do You Avoid Blindsiding Your Community?

I think platforms need to work on how they communicate, specifically to their creators. It's lke you join one of these platforms to start making money, you're not in a democracy. You're at you are fully renting from a landlord who can make any decision they want. I mean, i don't know. I think it's yets just a communication mistake. But how do you message that again?
