International Aid Organizations Are Taking Care of Refugees
The overwhelming majority of refugees are women and their children. Males aged 18 t 60 are not permitted to leave ukrane unless they have certain exemptions. It's very important that the children's needs are met so that they stay sy and safe, she says.
