Is There a Relevance of These Thinkers for the Present?

I mean your book was very resonant with the contemporary age. What would you take to be the lessons of these of these figures if they were around today what would they suggest liberals we liberals do in order to sort of bolster our case? That is a tough question and I tried to think my way into these figures but I'm not really like him say you know what what they would say in the present day particularly because as you've noted there are differences among them so they might have come to different conclusions on certain issues.
