Robert Garro's Story

Robert Garro was found guilty of murdering Philip Domblouski in June 1978. Coincidentally, a Syracuse University student found Elisha's body around the same time. The 38-year-old spent his first few years behind bars lashing out at everyone. He sued the state, claiming they hadn't provided him with adequate care while he was hospitalized and treated for gunshot wounds. Eventually, representatives from the state reached a deal with Garro to drop his lawsuits.
