What Makes a Great City?
A great city is one that contributes positively to curbing the effects of commo change. The inner environment should be decent and good, so people don't suffer from heavy air pollutions. Externally, cities don't really produce too much externality - negative things putting out into the environment. And then you don't pollute your water to the tthe down stream and things like that.
