The Benefits of Breathing Through the Mouth

Wim Hof's breathwork is a lot more through the mouth, and using all these other techniques. So then I started to follow Patrick McEwen. He was trained in this method called the Butaco method which consists of a series of breathing exercises specifically designed to reduce over breathing. When we breathe through our nose, it warms the air and removes germs because we have hairs in our nose. It also improves vaso regulation, which is the opening and closing of blood vessels, which gets oxygen into our body better.
