Is the Pandemic a Reaction?

Carrie Rickey: I saw in your book that it seems like Gen Z isn't into virtual work nearly as much as millennials or Gen X would be. Is that early data? Do you think that's a reaction to the pandemic or do you think because they're high tech, high touch? Rickey: They know they've got to build some stuff that needs to be face-to-face. This is where reverse mentoring can be very helpful.
